Can I use "mstsc.exe" to log in other user instead of switching user?

Can I use "mstsc.exe" to log in other user instead of switching user?

I'm using Windows 7. I patched termsrv.dll to connect multiple users. I
created two accounts on one PC because I want to be displayed 1280x1024
resolution, when I connect to PC from my smartphone remotely.
User1 (Console) has 1920x1200 resolution. User2 has 1280x1024 resolution.
I succeeded to connect to user2 from my smartphone while I log in as
user1. And I want to connect user2 from user1 instead of switching user on
One PC. I tried to connect as mstsc.exe but I failed.
Is possible?
